The building, situated in the central and challenging location between Glockengie\u00dferwall and the parking lot in Ernst-Merck-Stra\u00dfe, serves as temporary accommodation for the station mission and will possibly make way for the planned subway line 5. The extraordinary facade will hopefully be preserved for a long time before construction of the subway begins.
