CONSENS Bautechnik GmbH has been commissioned with the construction of the rear-ventilated passive house facade cladding of an existing building of the Dithmarschen tax office in Heide following a VOB/A invitation to tender.
The rear-ventilated facade cladding consists of large-format HPL facade panels in two colors, which are installed on a special substructure in the passive house standard on the building structure. The facades will be installed from summer 2020 after completion of the on-site window and metal construction work.
The state of Schleswig-Holstein is investing around 7.5 million euros in this refurbishment project in order to achieve both climate protection and energy efficiency in conjunction with the modernization of working conditions for the employees of the tax office.
