CONSENS Bautechnik GmbH is awarded the contract for the construction of the facade cladding of a new office building on Tempelhofer Weg, Berlin.
A combination of beige ceramic panels and anthracite-colored corrugated aluminum profiles is planned for the rear-ventilated facade cladding.
Work on the construction of the new building with around 9,000 m² of office space at Tempelhofer Weg 60 in the Neukölln/Britz district began in August 2020. Completion is planned for June 2021.
