Energy-efficient facade refurbishment “Breslauer Straße in Norderstedt” Another exciting project by CONSENS Bautechnik GmbH is being realized in Norderstedt: the energy-efficient refurbishment of a multi-storey residential building.
We rely on an innovative ventilated facade made of reddish clay tiles and white aluminum composite panels. Thanks to a special substructure that minimizes thermal bridges, we achieve the highest insulation values. The work is scheduled for completion in spring 2025.
