A large office and hotel complex is being built on the EUROPA-CENTER site in Essen.
The approximately 2,000 m² area of the hotel complex is being clad with HPL panels in a natural stone look.
CONSENS is installing a thermal bridge-optimized stainless steel/aluminium substructure in combination with non-combustible mineral fibre thermal insulation (140 mm in WLG 032).
Completion of the facade is scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2017 so that the hotel can open at the end of 2017 as planned.
