The owner of the property in Korallusstrasse in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg has decided to invest in a facade refurbishment with ceramic elements in nine different object colors, in addition to many other accompanying measures, in order to turn the aging residential building complex, which had only made negative headlines for some time due to structural defects, back into a visually appealing and energetically modern quarter, the Korallus Quarter.
The Korallus district has been a funding area for integrated district development since 2019. Over the next few years, a large number of projects and construction measures will help to develop the area into a lively and liveable residential quarter
for current residents, but also to create targeted offers for new households. We are delighted that Consens is able to play a small part in upgrading the buildings in Korallusstraße and is just one of many construction tasks that Consens has to implement in 2022.
