CONSENS Bautechnik GmbH is proud to be part of the visionary new building project “Neues Amt Altona” in Hamburg-Altona. This cooperative urban development project stands for social and ecological sustainability and impressively combines robust construction with modern design.
As part of this project, we are cladding around 1,000 m² of ventilated facade (VHF) with high-quality, anodized aluminium corrugated profiles. These profiles are installed on both solid and timber frame wall substrates, demonstrating the versatility and technical precision of our facade solutions.
The project at a glance
The “Neue Amt Altona” comprises the new construction of a six-storey office building, which is characterized by maximum spatial flexibility and an environmentally friendly construction method. While the first floor in reinforced concrete construction provides a robust foundation for public uses, the timber frame construction of the upper floors focuses on a pleasant indoor climate and CO2 reduction.
A particular highlight is the lush green facade, which not only sets aesthetic accents, but also reduces the heat input and creates urban living space.
Our corrugated aluminum profiles ideally complement this sustainable concept. They are durable, low-maintenance and blend harmoniously into the modern architecture. At the same time, they underline the high material and design quality that characterizes this building.
Sustainability and innovation
By combining innovative facade technology with sustainable building materials, CONSENS Bautechnik GmbH is helping to minimize the building’s ecological footprint while creating a durable, attractive shell for this pioneering project.
We are pleased to contribute our expertise to the design of this unique building in the heart of Hamburg and thus support the vision of social and ecological progress.
