CONSENS Bautechnik carries out the facade work and realizes a concealed HPL facade with wood decor in a panel-like structure. Our facade impresses with two different decors, as can be clearly seen in our 3D illustration. The installation is carried out on a metal substructure optimized for thermal bridges. Mineral, non-combustible insulation boards with black fleece lamination are used as thermal insulation.
Expressed in figures: we are supplying around 1,000 square meters of concealed Trespa-Pura facade with two different wood decors. The entire building, including our facade, meets the high requirements of the passive house standard. In addition, a photovoltaic system will be installed on the roof, which will cover part of the future energy requirements.
Our work on this fascinating project brings with it a number of challenges, in particular the precise adherence to the circumferential horizontal joint grid around the entire building. This requires meticulous pre-planning and maximum precision on the construction site. The close coordination with other trades, such as structural work, windows and doors as well as metalwork and metal construction, also requires special planning expertise and highly efficient site management.
A special highlight: Sat1 recently broadcast a report about the child protection center and the topping-out ceremony. It can be accessed via this link.
We are proud of our dedicated team who are working passionately on this project and we are looking forward to the great result!
