Composites are composite materials in which a wide variety of materials are combined with each other. There are a large number of different carrier materials and cover materials that are combined in several layers to form a composite. Particularly positive properties of the materials can be further enhanced in this way. Aluminum composite panels, titanium-zinc composite panels and copper composite panels are often used for facade cladding. They generally offer a particularly flat surface, are easy to process, highly weather-resistant and can be manufactured in large dimensions. Natural stone composite panels and glass composite panels offer very good load-bearing capacities and are available in large dimensions. Compared to the pure building element as a solid material, the cover material, they have a lower weight. For this reason, they are often the most suitable solution for special structural requirements. Photovoltaic composite elements are easy to process and are often particularly suitable for special technical or design requirements. The electricity generated by the elements can make an important contribution to the building’s energy balance. Composites are available in normal, flame-retardant and non-combustible quality. For facade cladding, wall cladding and roofs, we use selected high-quality branded products, including those from 3A Composites (ALUCOBOND®), Alcoa (Reynobond®), ALPOLIC, Sto and LITHODECOR and many other manufacturers.
